Check for the following possibilities:
- Has the user signed into their account?
- The system will assign tasks to a user only when the user has successfully signed-in into their account and accepted the various terms and conditions, including agreeing to e-sign consent.
- Is the user assigned to a location and department?
- If the user has not been assigned to a location and department, the system will not be able to assign the appropriate templates to the user and so no tasks will be created for the user.
- Is the user assigned correct "Stage"?
- Templates are assigned to user "Stage" and so if the user is in a different stage then templates from another stage will not be assigned to the user and hence no tasks will be created.
