Check for the following possibilities: 


  1. Has the user signed into their account?
    • The system will assign tasks to a user only when the user has successfully signed-in into their account and accepted the various terms and conditions, including agreeing to e-sign consent.
  2. Is the user assigned to a location and department?
    • If the user has not been assigned to a location and department, the system will not be able to assign the appropriate templates to the user and so no tasks will be created for the user. 
  3. Is the user assigned correct "Stage"?
    • Templates are assigned to user "Stage" and so if the user is in a different stage then templates from another stage will not be assigned to the user and hence no tasks will be created.
