Yes. If the document submitted to the manager is not completely properly (wrong supplemental document uploaded or wrong data filled) then the manager can "Reject and Reassign" the document to the user. 

  1. Click on "Sign" for the document in question. 
  2. Click on "Other Actions" on the Right Hand Corner to see the Pull down menu. 
  3. Select "Reject and Reassign"
  4. Enter appropriate reason and suggested actions for the user so the document can be completed properly. 

The system will then reassign the document to the user for completion.
