Yes. If the document submitted to the manager is not completely properly (wrong supplemental document uploaded or wrong data filled) then the manager can "Reject and Reassign" the document to the user.
- Click on "Sign" for the document in question.
- Click on "Other Actions" on the Right Hand Corner to see the Pull down menu.
- Select "Reject and Reassign"
- Enter appropriate reason and suggested actions for the user so the document can be completed properly.
The system will then reassign the document to the user for completion.
