The Company Admin can bring up the "Templates" by clicking on the "My Templates" located on the left hand side Admin Panel.
Templates are organized into "Libraries".
Depending on the subscription, the Company Admin has access to various library of templates.
Following are the typical template libraries:
- Custom: By default, all templates created by a Company Admin are stored in their "Custom" library. This capability is made available to SMB module subscribers.
- Brand: The templates residing in this library are created for a particular brand, by the brand owner (such as Franchisor). They are made available only to the brand locations. The templates in this library can only be created and modified by the brand owner/s. The location operators can only use them at their location as per the template properties set by the brand owner.
- Premium: This library contains premium content templates that may be created by and for special groups and may contain proprietary content. Similar to Brand libraries, the templates are made available only to the Premium subscribers.
- FOCUS451 libraries: FOCUS451, at its discretion may make certain libraries (such as Federal and/or State forms) available to its client use. These are made available for your voluntary use in your discretion. User is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all forms appropriate for their business. FOCUS451 takes no responsibility for the accuracy or your use of templates made available.
