Company Admins can give expressed permission that will allow the Business Manager to add and manage staff/employees, including changing staff/employee stage. To do this, the company admin needs to do the following:

  1. Go to the business properties by clicking on the business on the left hand side Admin Panel
  2. Go to the "Profile" tab
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the tab
  4. Select the box in front of "Allow Business Manager to manage employees".
  5. Click "Save".
