FOCUS451 allows individual owners to decide whether a completed document is accessible by the user through their account or not. In either case, the completed document can be readily accessed and provided to the user by the Company Admin or other managers.
The Company Admin can also decide if a particular template can be "invoked" by an employee. Examples are: Vacation request. This is typically an "On Demand" template for an employee based on their need. By selecting this option, a Company Admin can create a "Self-Service" culture and add efficiency to their operation.
Both of the above can be selected as options during template creation or during subsequent edit.
