Users in the system may be employees or non employees. As such, just because a user or member of your staff is listed under the tab "Employees", or is referred by the system as an employee or shows up in Employee Dashboard etc., it does not mean that FOCUS451 is suggesting that user is an employee or otherwise. We simply refer to them as staff or individuals.
Please consult your legal counsel to determine whether your staff member is an Employee or Non Employee.
