Management hierarchy is as follows (from higher to lower access privileges):

  1. Company Admin (Owner-Admin) - Has complete account access. Only one Company Admin account is created by default, who is the owner (or authorized company officer) for the business.
    • Company Admins are generally the Business Owner or Franchisee that operates the business.
    • All company documents required for Business or Location compliance are assigned to the Company Admin to take necessary action.
  2. Non-Owner Admin - In certain cases, (depending on the subscription level), a non-owner individual may be assigned all duties of the Company Admin.
    • Caveat: Owner-Admins get "Business Templates" assigned as tasks. Non-Owner Admins will not get business template tasks assigned to them. This is a key distinction between Owner-Admin vs Non-Owner Admins.
  3. Business Manager - Can oversee all employee level data for the Business. This includes all of the locations and employeesunder the business. While the business manager cannot modify/add templates, they can assign a template to an employee. They can sign as company representatives for various employee documents that need company representative signatures.
    • Business managers have to be given expressed (making them "Empowered Business Manager") permission by the Company Admin that allows them to:

      • Adding new employees,

      • Modifying existing employee information,

      • Moving employees to different stage.

    • Business Managers cannot Add or Modify templates. They can, however, assign existing templates to various employees.
  4. Location Manager - Can oversee all employees and their information under their assigned Location. They can sign as company representatives for various employee documents that need company representative signatures that belong to that Location.
  5. Department Manager - Can oversee all employees and their information under their assigned Department. They can sign as company representatives for various employee documents that need company representative signatures that belong to that Department.
