Company Admins have complete owner level access, which is a full access for them to add/modify:

  • Businesses
  • Locations
  • Departments
  • Employees

Company Admins can also create and modify custom templates (Business Critical Requirements) and/or accept various library templates. 

Access to template libraries is based on your account privileges. Contact FOCUS451 support desk if you have a specific question regarding your library access. 


Other managers are given access privileges by the Company Admin. 


Owner-Admins get "Business Templates" assigned as tasks. Non-Owner Admins will not get business template tasks assigned to them. This is a key distinction between Owner-Admin vs Non-Owner Admins. 


Business managers have to be given expressed permission by the Company Admin that allows them to add/modify employees and employee information.
