All users receive email alerts periodically based on tasks assigned to them to complete any necessary documents. These must be done on a timely basis to prevent getting into non-compliance.
- All assigned tasks appear in the Task Panel of your dashboard after you sign-in to your account.
- Alerts are designed to help you stay compliance via timely pro-active alerts.
- Some tasks may require you to Read and Acknowledge, or Sign or fill required information. Some may require you to upload a copy of a document along with data such as expiration date/s as well. So be sure to follow all the instructions. The system will record a task completed, only when all the required actions are completed for that task.
- The system will allow you to save incomplete task and then come back to complete the remaining steps at a later time. Until all the actions are completed, the system will not record the task as completed and your status will continue to show up as "Pending" or "Out-of-Compliance".
