This feature is available only for stand-alone application subscribers. It is not available for integrated offerings through third-party platforms, since the third-party platform API interface will govern all user access and key user information. The third-party platform will remain as the system of record for all individual and company information, where as FOCUS451 will manage only the compliance documents as per templates defined by the admins.

You are helping the environment by going paperless and helping yourself by staying organized will all the necessary documents.

Your account was created based on your personal email address and SMS capable cellphone (both required to establish and authenticate your identify).

You should have a welcome email from FOCUS451 team, containing your userid and a unique personal link. 

Note down your userID, as you will need it to enter it every time you need to access your account. 

Once you receive the welcome email, you can simply click on the link in that email. 

When you Sign in for the first time, you will be asked to create your password. You will also get a code on your cellphone via text that you need to enter before your account is made active.

You will then be presented with the standard e-signature agreement for your acceptance, followed by your own personal security questions.

Congratulations. You are now in your account.

Notes: As soon as you sign-in, please update your profile information by clicking on "My Account" located on the top right hand and selecting "Edit Profile" from the drop down menu. 

Note that the link will expire if not used in 7-days. 

If the link has expired, then you can request a new link from your company admin (Owner or manager).

If you have not received the email, check your bulk email folder. If not, check with your company admin (Owner or manager) to check your email in the system and they can resend you the link.
