The Company Admin is shown complete set of dashboards that includes:

  • Tab containing: Employee compliance for all businesses, locations and departments for the account
    • This shows the "Number of Employees or Individual Users" in a tabular format based on their status with respect to assigned templates. 
    • GREEN column (Compliant) contains employees that have completed all of their assigned tasks
    • AMBER column (Pending) contains employees that have various templates assigned to them, but are within the assigned timeframe to complete the task/s. 
    • RED column (Overdue) contains employees that have not completed one or more templates and so have outstanding tasks. They could be considered "Non Compliant" users as per the templates assigned to them.
  • Tab containing: Company compliance documents. 
    • This shows all the templates that are Completed (GREEN column), Pending (AMBER column) and Overdue (RED column). 
    • Note: This table shows the number of "Documents".
