The Dashboard is a critical graphical element of FOCUS451 that shows compliance based on the templates assigned.
The dashboard is located in the center panel after the user signs in to their individual account. Each user is shown dashboard that contains depending on their access privilege.
Employee Compliance dashboard shows:
- GREEN column (Compliant) contains employees that have completed all of their assigned tasks
- AMBER column (Pending) contains employees that have various templates assigned to them, but are within the assigned timeframe to complete the task/s.
- RED column (Overdue) contains employees that have not completed one or more templates and so have outstanding tasks. They could be considered "Non Compliant" users as per the templates assigned to them.
